What stands out is the color - deepest black! But this is understandable, as the cheese is not only called KOHLE - Hexerkäse N°2, but also contains coal. What it says on the tin is what it contains. You can feel the fine charcoal when you eat it. Not intrusive but present.
KOHLE - Hexerkäse N°2 also goes perfectly with an honest regional beer and some fresh fruit.
